This machine is new high-slitting equipment made dy us to meet the market demand of the 21 st centry . Safe and reliable , it features high speed , easy operation ,neat cutting .The machine is suitable to slit various rolled materials such as BOPP,PET,CPP,CPE,PVC, aluminium foil and paper.
Properties:
＊The electric control system is centrally controlled by PLC. The contact screen effects talk between the machine and the operator , sets different slitting requirements and displays the working parameters .
＊Unwinding tension is controlled by Japanese Mitsubishi tension system.
＊The raw material seat abopts pneumatic shaftless clutching, with motor-driven stepless lifting device and Japanese Mitsubiihi automatic deviation rectification device . The fed materials are flattened by the driving arc roller.
＊Driving of the machine is controlled by frequency-changing of two motors. The rewinder shaft is controlled through subtension by the single air-expansion shaft.
＊There are three sets of static electricity removers.
＊The side waste are treaed by blowing device and automatic collector. |
